Welcome

Interface provides collaborative problem-solving and dispute resolution services to businesses, organizations and governmental agencies. Expert facilitators work closely with clients to assess, plan and accomplish goals. We have satisfied a wide range of clients through complex, multi-year public participation processes, to single mediations, to short-term coaching.

Interface trains managers in conflict resolution, plans and facilitates small or large meetings on complex or hot-button topics, and provides mediation and external ombuds personnel for consistent as-needed workplace intervention and support. The duration of involvement can be one-time to multi-year.

CDRC - InterfaceInterface is a division of CDRC, the Community Dispute Resolution Center, for twenty years a leader in conflict resolution. Interface was established in 1996 as a social venture of CDRC, and charges fees in order to cover costs and provide financial stability for other CDRC programs that do not charge fees.

In 2005, 604 people participated in Interface trainings and retreats, mediations, working sessions, facilitated discussions, and public meetings.
