Facilitators

CDRC - Interface Sixteen expert facilitators, mediators, coaches, and ombuds persons give generously of their time and talent. All have completed the twenty-four hour mediation training, evaluation, and annual follow up trainings required by the New York State Unified Court System Office of Alternative Dispute Resolution Programs. Most have worked with the agency for over seven years.

Facilitators are matched to a business or organization based on their background, training, and life and work experiences.
